Shushann is a psychotherapist, counsellor and soul life coach and has a private practice in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. She is a mature and experienced counsellor working with individuals, couples, teens and children. She is passionate about supporting the transitions men and women make in their lives and working with the deeper questions around life purpose and personal healing.

Shushann is the best selling author of Puberty Girl (Allen and Unwin 2004) and has over 18 years experience facilitating programs for preteen girls at the Royal Hospital for Women, in schools, community services and privately. She runs enriching, informative, fun, interactive weekend for mothers and daughters called Let’s Talk Growing Up. She also offers one day programs for girls called Puberty Girl:Growing Up and Feeling Good About It.

Shushann has worked as a senior counsellor in Relationships Australia for over 8 years and is on the teaching faculty for the Diploma Program in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Metavision Institute, Bowral.

I find it is valuable to make personal phone contact with my prospective clients before our sessions. This helps establish a better understanding of your specific needs and what you are hoping to gain from your work with me. I operate from Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and have had a practice for 20 years. Most of my clients come to me from word of mouth and personal referrals from other clients. I also have many satisfied returned clients. This seems to work well and I’m pleased to be of continued service in work that I love.

Fees and Payment Options*

Counselling Sessions – Individuals, Relationships and Young People

$130-$150 individuals per hour sliding scale.
$160-$180 couples per hour sliding scale
$200- $225 for sessions one and a half hours

Women’s Soul Coaching Sessions

$75.00 special half hour  introductory Women’s Soul Life Coaching Session

$150 one hour, one off, Women’s Soul Life Coaching session

$225. for 3 x half hour Women’s Soul Life Coaching Sessions paid in advance.
Cash, cheque or direct transfer through internet banking

*Medicare currently does not offer rebates for counsellors/psychotherapists. This may not be an issue as my standard fee is less than the Medicare gap fee levied by many practitioners, and Private Health Fund Rebates may apply.
