1. **NEW**  Women’s Crystal Light Healing Meditation Sessions, Parts I and II

Come and join in a special healing meditation using the healing, earth energy of crystals.

Crystalline energy is at the heart of the earth. Crystals help us clear energy that may be blocked and allow us to find greater clarity and insight in our lives.  There are specific crystals that activate and heal our energy line along the centre of our body – these are also known as our chakras. As we clear our energy centres we can start to feel vital and are able to vibrate at a higher frequency that supports greater harmony and wellness.

Share a very special evening with our Crystal friends – Through chi gong, visualisation and guided meditation we will connect to and learn about which crystals support our emotional and energetic healing and connect us to our natural gifts of intuition.

2. May 12th 2012 Program – Meditation for Mum’s and Teen Daughters **NEW**

Why a Meditation Session for Mums and their Teen Daughters?
Teens often feel disconnected, stressed and overwhelmed unfocused and angry. Mums can be the target of anger and moodiness from their daughters. When preteen/teen girls are entering puberty it is often a time when many mums are also coming into Menopause. The symptoms are often similar – anxiety, angry, tired, agitated, or moody.

Our mother and daughter meditation session will:

  • Build positive coping skills around performance anxiety and work commitments.
  • Offer practical tools for reducing stress and boosting the immune system.
  • It will promote compassion – for self and others
  • Strengthen mental focus, emotional stability and coping skills
  • Enhance the mother/daughter heart bond.

 No previous meditation experience necessary.
Easy practices to follow and integrate into your daily life. Even for busy mums!

The mother/daughter session involves: heart nourishing meditations, yoga breathing and Chi Gong energy exercises for vitality and focus. Visualisations for positive self esteem, empowerment and inner guidance.

Cost: $99. per mum and daughter couple

I had severe anxiety/post natal depression after the birth of my 2nd bub, and whilst medication was necessary, as well as counseling, the meditation course with Shushann was the turning point for me! The meditation sessions with Shushann and the other ladies were my weekly “retreat”. I looked forward to them and really miss them now that they have finished. I am very grateful that I was referred to Shushann’s meditation program for women by a family member.  Having done quite a few mindful meditation sessions in the past I loved the focus on women’s health and state of mind throughout Shushann’s sessions.  There was a wonderful balance of facilitated meditations where Shushann led us with her expertise and soothing voice and also room for our own experience in silence.  It was a wonderful opportunity for women to gather and acknowledge what is present in our lives and open ourselves up to new experiences.  Whether you a beginner or experienced at meditation or are just looking for some time to yourself out of the everyday grind I would highly recommend Shusann’s meditation programs, it was a real treat!  (Belinda Creighton)
